Data we process
This website has no forms. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or social media, we use your data (name, phone number, message and any photos you send) only to reply, prepare your quote and manage your appointment. Before a tattoo or piercing you sign an informed consent form and we keep a record of the work, as health regulations require.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent and the client relationship (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). We keep data as long as needed or required by law.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, its network logs technical data such as IP address and browser, only to serve and protect the site (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6.1.f). Transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
